What happens when you find yourself inside an endless dream with no boundaries? Recombination is an immersive audiovisual show by the Dutch digital artist Julius Horsthuis, created especially for planetariums. It surrounds you on all sides with a grand projection of mathematically generated 3D fractals, abstract structures and dreamlike landscapes that keep transforming and opening new, unexpected worlds. The images are accompanied by spatial sound and electronic music by leading producers including Max Cooper and Michael Stearns. Do not expect a classic film or traditional storytelling. Let the image and sound absorb you and travel beyond the limits of ordinary perception.
